The site is easy to use, just put in your number plate (french users only) or make and model and it brings up a list of parts available. Select the parts you need, and add them to your basket, like any other internet shop.
You can then choose between a few different delivery options, 24 hours, 48 hours to your home address or 48 hours to a collection point near to your home address. I recommend the last one of these since it is cheaper and should you not be at home, your goods will still be delivered to and held for you close to home.
The follow up from the site is excellent, they send you a text message and an email to let you know of the progress of your delivery, and returns are accepted and treated promptly.
Price wise, the site is really competetive, and offers excellent value on both branded and unbranded products.
